1. Preorders & Dispatch

All products sold on Jiggy Jiggy Chocolate are offered on a preorder basis.

Orders are dispatched once production of the current batch is complete. Dispatch timing may vary depending on production schedules and logistics. We are unable to guarantee delivery by a specific date.


2. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith and begin after dispatch.

Standard delivery typically takes up to 12 days following dispatch, though some orders may arrive sooner. Delivery times may vary for UK and international orders due to location, customs processing, or carrier delays.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs (where applicable) are calculated and shown at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via the Contact Us page. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it promptly.


5. Refunds & Shipping Issues

You may cancel your preorder at any time before dispatch for a full refund.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to offer refunds for delays or delivery issues caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control. This does not affect your rights in cases where an order arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error.
